Longitudinal Validation of CIRC Technologies 1,000 Biomarker-Driven Novel Treatment

Not yet recruiting
Clinical Trial NCT07081711 is an observational study for Cardiovascular Diseases, Heart Failure, Ischemic Heart Disease, Non-ischemic Cardiomyopathy, Valvular Heart Disease, Metabolic Cardiomyopathy, Congenital Heart Disease, Aortic Diseases, Atrial Fibrillation, Ventricular Fibrillation and is currently not yet recruiting. Enrollment is planned to begin on 1 April 2026 and continue until the study accrues 1,000 participants. Led by The Cleveland Clinic, this study is expected to complete by 1 August 2037. The latest data from ClinicalTrials.gov was last updated on 23 March 2026.
Brief Summary
Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide. Advanced cardiovascular imaging using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) has proven to be effective in providing gold standard myocardial tissue characterization. Moreover, the intrinsic advantage of MRI's lack of exposure to ionizing radiation is particularly beneficial. At the same time, blood work can be very useful in early detection of certain cardiom...Show More
Detailed Description
The primary clinical objective of the clinical study is to determine and compare cardiac microstructural phenotypes by cardiac MRI in patients and healthy controls and their relationship to cardiac structure/function with these MRI technologies.

Aim 1: What are the myocardial microstructure phenotypes in both patients with cardiovascular disease and healthy cohorts? Are they linked to other prevalent macro structure...
