- Patients with ABI
- ≥ 18 years old
- underwent IMV for at least 24 hours
- already tracheostomized
- concurrent of cervical spinal cord injury
- pregnant or lactation
- withdraw of life-sustaining treatment within the first 24 hours of ICU admission
