  • participants age 40-80 years

  • History of colonic surgery (except appendectomy)
  • Lower gastrointestinal bleeding
  • unstable vital sign during endoscopy of pregnancy
  • history of inflammatory bowel disease, polyposis syndrome, colon cancer, colonic stricture, abnormal coaglulation, organ failure
