The present study protocol was approved by the ethical committee of the Medical Ethics Committee of Tokat Gaziosmanpasa University. The study was designed as a cross-sectional clinical study and conducted at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Periodontology.
