Trial Radar is currently in beta and is an experimental site. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, and bugs that could affect its functionality. We encourage you to report any issues you encounter to help us improve the product. Users should exercise caution, as features, data, and functionality may change as the platform undergoes continuous refinement and improvement.
- Changes and Updates
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or discontinue Trial Radar, including any of its features, content, or services, at any time without prior notice. This includes making changes to these Terms of Use. By continuing to use the site after any changes are made, you acknowledge and agree to the revised Terms of Use.
While Trial Radar strives to provide accurate and reliable information, the platform is in beta and may contain inaccuracies or incomplete data. We cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of the information presented. Please note that information may be updated, modified, or corrected as we refine and improve the platform. We encourage users to stay informed about changes and updates that may affect the service.
- Use of the Site
You agree to use Trial Radar only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. The Company reserves the right to take action against any unlawful activities.
- Data Collection, Usage, and Privacy
By using Trial Radar, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and process data related to your interaction with our platform. This data is essential for improving our services, enhancing user experience, and refining the presentation of clinical trial information. Data collection and processing activities are conducted in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines in detail how we handle your personal information, your rights regarding your data, and our data protection practices.

Trial Radar is not designed to comply with specialized health information privacy regulations such as HIPAA in the USA or similar laws in other jurisdictions. Users, especially those subject to health privacy laws, should not transmit sensitive health data or personally identifiable medical information through our services. Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable health data protection regulations when using our platform.
- Accessibility
We are dedicated to making our beta site accessible to all users and welcome your feedback on any accessibility challenges. While we strive to meet evolving web accessibility standards, some features may not be fully accessible due to the platform's beta status. Please contact us if you encounter issues. We will make reasonable efforts to address them promptly, subject to our platform's limitations.
By using this site, you acknowledge that your sole remedy for any accessibility issues is to discontinue use.
- Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Trial Radar at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Company provides Trial Radar on an "as-is," "as-available," and "with all faults" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for any damages resulting from service disruptions, unauthorized access, loss of use, or accessibility issues. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages, as well as loss of profits or business opportunities. The Company disclaims all liability for any claims or damages arising from accessibility barriers or non-compliance with accessibility standards.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or any alleged violation of these Terms.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using Trial Radar, you expressly agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by these courts and to venue in these courts. However, if mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction prohibit this choice of law and forum, local laws may apply to the extent required. Before initiating any legal proceeding, users agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Trial Radar is not responsible for the content, functionality, or security of these third-party services, including Generative AI Tools & Services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
- Intellectual Property and Trademark Notice
All intellectual property rights in the Trial Radar beta site, excluding clinical trial data sourced from public databases, are owned by the Company or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, AI algorithms, search technology, and user interface designs. These elements are proprietary and confidential. Users agree not to copy, disclose, distribute, modify, or use this proprietary information for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use of the Trial Radar service in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Publicly sourced clinical trial data, such as from ClinicalTrials.gov, is provided for information only and remains the property of its original owners. Trial Radar provides this data under the governing terms and licenses of those databases.
Company names, logos, trademarks, and trade names on Trial Radar are property of their respective owners, used for identification and information in clinical trial listings. Their use does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship, unless explicitly stated. Specifically:
- Trial Radar utilizes sponsor logos in clinical trial listings solely to identify lead sponsors of the trials.
- This usage does not create or imply any form of partnership, endorsement, or association between Trial Radar and the sponsor.
- All rights to the trademarks, logos, and company names remain with their respective owners.
- Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Violating intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of clinical trial data or research information
- Distributing spam or unsolicited promotional material related to clinical trials or medical treatments
- Disrupting the service, including attempts to overload the system or interfere with other users' access to clinical trial information
- Infringing on user privacy, including attempts to collect or share personal health information of Trial Radar users without consent
- Impersonating healthcare professionals, researchers, or clinical trial sponsors
- Attempting unauthorized access to restricted clinical trial data or circumvention of Trial Radar's search limitations
- Misrepresenting clinical trial information or providing false data about trials or treatments
- Using Trial Radar to recruit for unauthorized or unethical clinical trials
- Attempting to manipulate Trial Radar's search algorithms or results for commercial gain
Generative AI Tools & Services
Top of pageDo not rely on the Generative AI Tools for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Any content regarding those topics is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Refrain from inputting any Protected Health Information (PHI) or other sensitive personal data that identifies or could identify an individual (such as names, addresses, email addresses, etc.) in queries or content processed by the Generative AI Tools. The Generative AI tools use machine learning models that can process and generate responses based on user input. However, the responses generated are not warranted to be secure or confidential. You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required in your country to use the Services. If under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
- Generative AI Service Providers and Their Terms
- Please review the Terms and Policies of our Generative AI Service Providers for Trial Radar AI, including OpenAI, Meta, Anthropic, Mistral AI (as AI Service Providers), and Groq (as Cloud AI Service Provider).
- The Generative AI section ("Trial Radar AI") is provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Trial Radar and our Generative AI Service Providers do not guarantee the confidentiality of information transmitted or disclosed through these tools.
Clinical Trials Data and Notices
Top of page- Trial Radar provides access to clinical trial information primarily sourced from ClinicalTrials.gov, maintained by the National Library of Medicine (NLM). Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for use of ClinicalTrials.gov data.
- Trial Radar does not modify data sourced from ClinicalTrials.gov.
- The U.S. government does not review or approve the safety and science of studies listed. Study sponsors or investigators are responsible for the safety, science, and accuracy of their studies.
- ClinicalTrials.gov is an online database including studies sponsored and funded by a range of public and private organizations globally, not all overseen or funded by U.S. government agencies.
- Study information is provided by sponsors or investigators, who are responsible for compliance with laws, regulations, and accuracy. NLM staff reviews submissions for errors or inconsistencies.
- Joining a study is a personal decision. Assess risks and benefits and consult healthcare professionals. Learn more about participating in clinical research studies in the "Learn About Studies" section on ClinicalTrials.gov.
